1. Overview These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and use of research reports and related publications sold by Logic Lock Group Pte. Ltd. (“LLG”, “we”, “us”) through logiclockgroup.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

2. Products LLG sells digital research reports in PDF format. All purchases are for non-exclusive, non-transferable licenses to access and use the report for internal business purposes only. For Site License terms, please refer to Section 3 below.

3. License Types

Single User License: The report may be accessed and used by one named individual only. Sharing, forwarding, or distributing the report to any other person is not permitted.

Team License: The report may be shared internally within a defined team or department of up to 10 individuals within the same organisation. Sharing of partial content is permitted internally within the organisation. However, direct distribution of the report file to any individual beyond the designated group of up to 10, or to any party outside the organisation, is not permitted.

Site License: The report may be accessed and used by all individuals within a single legal entity or organisation. Distribution outside the organisation is not permitted, except for the purpose of client advisory engagements where the report content is referenced or cited in advice provided to clients of the purchasing organisation.

4. Prohibited Use You may not reproduce, republish, resell, redistribute, or publicly display any part of the report without prior written consent from LLG.

5. Payment All prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. LLG does not store card details.

6. Refund Policy Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds will only be considered in cases of technical failure preventing download, and must be requested within 7 days of purchase by contacting [email protected].

7. Intellectual Property All content in LLG publications is the intellectual property of Logic Lock Group Pte. Ltd. and is protected by applicable copyright laws.

8. Disclaimer LLG reports are based on secondary research and publicly available information as of the stated research cut-off date. They are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, regulatory, or investment advice.

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, LLG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its publications.

10. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
